Where to submit the IGNOU PGDRD Project Work

If you have prepared your IGNOU PGDRD project and got signature from your college supervisor then you have to send the project work to the Head Quarter of the IGNOU. Your college supervisor can also do this process but you can also send the project of PGDRD to the IGNOU HQ.
